im into martial arts and do cardio at the gym but it gets boring being on a treadmil or a bike all the time. i read lots of horror stories about when people first start to run outdoors get injuries and the rest...is there a sensible way to start that or do people have to accept its going to hurt for the first 2 to 4 weeks?
